TaxHell enables customers to submit information about their tax or accounting issues that assists TaxHell to identify and refer you to an accountant, enrolled agent or tax attorney. To provide these services, our Websites contain various forms where you can input information. TaxHell uses this information to provide services and TaxHell shares this information with accountants, enrolled agents and attorneys in TaxHell's database. TaxHell may also use this information to provide you with information about the services TaxHell offers. TaxHell will not sell or share your name, address, e-mail address or other personal information with any other organization, except accountants, enrolled agents and attorneys in the TaxHell database. By submitting information to TaxHell, you agree that TaxHell may use this information to identify potential accountants, enrolled agents or attorneys and share this information with those accountants, enrolled agents and attorneys.

Credit Card Information
If you purchase products or services online through our Websites, we do not collect, access or store your credit card information. All financial information, including credit card information, is sent directly to the third party that processes credit card transactions on TaxHell’s behalf.

We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
